Shipping Practice and Delivery Policy

Shipping is to Australia only.

All bulky items are shipped by road freight smaller parcels by Australia Post E-parcel. Delivery is Australia wide and delivery is within 10 working days, (except WA, TAS, NT and FNQ up to 15 working days) as long as an item is in stock.

If orders cannot be fulfilled due to out of stock, you will be advised within 2 working days of an expected dispatch time or alternate product that may be available for immediate dispatch.


Prices and Taxes

All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars and exclude GST. GST will be calculated and displayed on the cart page during checkout.

Infiniti Direct accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard while wholesale customers are invoiced on account.




Returns/Refunds for Wholesale customers

Customers are entitled to return where wrong goods are delivered in which case a return exchange is offered. Refunds are available only where the product is dead on arrival and an exchange is not the customer's preference. In these cases shipping will be at Infiniti cost. Please assist by providing copy of invoice or other proof of purchase when returning goods for exchange or refund.


Returns/Refunds for Direct customers

Infiniti Direct customers enjoy a 30 day money back guarantee. This does exclude any postage and handling charges. both ways.

We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition. We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse.

Terms of our return policy

All items must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instructions manuals that were shipped with your original order. Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.

To send your return you must first call our customer service number 1300 784 080 return tracking number, returns will not be accepted, exchanged or refunded if they are received into our warehouse without a return tracking number.

Your order number and/or your complete name, address, and date of purchase
A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement

Refunds will appear on your credit card statement. Refunds for those who have paid via check or money order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We reimburse you for your actual shipping costs if the item arrived damaged or defective, or if you were shipped an incorrect item due to a mistake on our end. We are unable to reimburse you for service fees charged by third parties, such as Mail Boxes Etc. Otherwise, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
